Reflect, Release, Renew:
An End-of-Year Reset for School Psychologists

Free Workshop

Hosted by:
Misty Bonta & Amy Schamberg

School psychologists: pause, reflect, release stress, and renew your purpose as you transition into summer and the year ahead.

This workshop is designed to give school psychologists a supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their purpose at the end of the school year.

Participants will have an opportunity to process the challenges of the year, acknowledge their successes, release accumulated stress, and cultivate hope and renewed energy as they transition into summer and prepare for the next school year.

The goal is to move beyond simply “getting through” the year and instead create a meaningful moment of reflection, renewal, and community.
